Chris Baca (Of Counsel)

Chris Baca is a detail-oriented attorney with nearly two decades of real estate, mortgage and title experience. He has held various positions throughout his legal career from private sector multi-million dollar corporations to real estate law firms and title companies. Chris is a frequent instructor of real estate and lending courses across the state, including Texas Real Estate Commission continuing education courses for brokers and sales agents.   Chris is currently admitted to practice law in Texas, California and Indiana. Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Chris proudly served in the United States Navy and worked in law enforcement prior to earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Amberton University, cum laude, and his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law.   Chris has served many years on various local boards and commissions and was most recently appointed to serve on the Town of Flower Mound’s Veterans Liaison Board as the Place 3 member in 2021. He has also served on various Texas Land Title Association groups in the past and is currently serving on the Texas Land Title Association’s Institute Committee and TREC Advisory Group.   When not practicing law, Chris enjoys the outdoors and traveling.
